使用 PAIKA(下稱「本服務」)即表示你同意以下條款。本服務由個人開發者營運,聯絡信箱:kabulin1994@gmail.com。
1. 服務內容
本服務是一個台灣麻將的學習與社交平台:互動課程、每日謎題、單機與連線對戰、語音房、對局復盤。目前為早期版本,功能會持續調整。
2. 帳號
- 你可以用 Google 帳號註冊,或以訪客模式使用(資料存於裝置與匿名帳號)。
- 未滿 18 歲者,應由法定代理人閱讀並同意本條款與隱私權政策後使用。
- 帳號僅供本人使用;你對帳號下的行為負責。
- 你可以隨時在設定中刪除帳號(見隱私權政策 · 刪除帳號)。
3. 虛擬物品與金幣
- 遊戲內的金幣、卡片、外觀等虛擬物品不具現金價值,不可兌換現金、不可轉讓、不可於本服務外交易。
- 本服務不涉及任何真實金錢賭博:對局不投注、不派彩,分數與金幣僅為遊戲紀錄。
- 無隨機抽取式(轉蛋)付費商品。
4. 訂閱(PAIKA Plus)
- 方案與價格以升級頁面標示為準(目前:US$4.99/月、US$39.99/年,約當台幣金額僅供參考)。首次訂閱含 7 天免費試用,試用期滿自動轉為付費。
- 金流由 Polar(Merchant of Record)以其名義向你收款並開立收據;含適用之稅額。
- 可隨時取消,取消後可使用至當期期末,不另按比例退款;法律另有規定者從其規定。退款事宜依 Polar 之政策與適用法律處理,可來信協助。
- 價格調整會提前於 App 內通知,不溯及既往之已付款期間。
5. 行為規範
- 禁止作弊、利用程式漏洞、竄改資料、干擾伺服器。
- 語音房與暱稱不得有騷擾、仇恨、猥褻或違法內容。
- 違反者我們得限制功能、移除內容或終止帳號。
6. 智慧財產
本服務之程式、美術、吉祥物、文字與商標屬我們或授權人所有。你保有你送出內容(如意見回饋)之權利,並授權我們為改善服務之目的使用。
7. 免責與服務變更
- 本服務按「現狀」提供,不保證不中斷或無錯誤;我們會盡力維持,但對非因故意或重大過失造成之損害,不負賠償責任。
- 我們得預告後調整或終止部分功能;付費功能重大變更會提前通知。
8. 準據法與管轄
本條款依中華民國法律解釋;因本服務所生爭議,以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院,但消費者保護法等強制規定另有規定者從其規定。
9. 條款變更
重大變更會在 App 內公告;繼續使用即視為同意修訂後之條款。本頁永遠是最新版本。
PAIKA Terms of Service

By using PAIKA you agree to these terms. PAIKA is run by an independent developer. Contact: kabulin1994@gmail.com.
- Service. A Taiwanese-mahjong learning and social platform: lessons, daily puzzles, solo and online play, voice rooms, hand reviews. Early-stage; features will change.
- Accounts. Sign in with Google or play as a guest. Minors need a legal guardian's consent. You are responsible for activity on your account, and may delete it anytime in Settings (see the Privacy Policy).
- Virtual items. Coins, cards and cosmetics have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred or traded. No real-money gambling: no stakes, no payouts. No loot-box style paid randomness.
- PAIKA Plus. Prices as shown on the upgrade page (currently US$4.99/month or US$39.99/year) with a 7-day free trial that converts to a paid plan unless cancelled. Billing is handled by Polar as Merchant of Record, taxes included. Cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period; refunds follow Polar's policy and applicable law.
- Conduct. No cheating, exploits, data tampering, or abusive behavior in voice rooms or names. Violations may lead to restrictions or termination.
- IP. The service, art, mascots and marks belong to us or our licensors. You keep your rights to content you submit and license us to use it to improve the service.
- Disclaimer. Provided "as is"; we do our best but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Law. Governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); Taipei District Court as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise.
- Changes. Material changes will be announced in the app; continued use constitutes acceptance. This page is always the current version.
