PAIKA 隱私權政策

PAIKA(下稱「本服務」)由個人開發者(下稱「我們」)營運。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些個人資料、為什麼蒐集、放在哪裡、你有哪些權利。依中華民國《個人資料保護法》第 8 條,向你告知以下事項。

1. 蒐集者與聯絡方式

蒐集者:PAIKA 開發者(個人)。聯絡信箱:kabulin1994@gmail.com。

2. 我們蒐集什麼、為什麼

錯誤紀錄(錯誤訊息、頁面位置、版本、瀏覽器型號)	App 當機或出錯時自動回報	修復問題。不含 email、名稱、頭像等身分欄位
使用事件(開啟、完成課程、開房等九種動作的發生時間、最初來源管道標記,與一組儲存在你裝置上的隨機識別碼)	你的使用行為	統計留存與功能使用率。只記「發生了哪類動作」,不記內容。隨機識別碼不是裝置指紋——清除瀏覽器資料即重置

語音對戰的聲音採點對點(WebRTC)傳輸,我們不錄音、不儲存;建立連線的過程會交換 IP 位址,這是 WebRTC 技術的必要行為。

訪客模式:不提供 email 也可以使用,資料存在你的裝置與(若連線)一個匿名帳號上。

3. 利用之期間、地區、對象、方式

期間:帳號存續期間。錯誤紀錄保留約 30 天、使用事件約 400 天後自動刪除。
地區:資料儲存於下列服務商的雲端主機(可能位於台灣境外)。
對象:僅我們與受託處理的服務商——Supabase(資料庫與登入)、Vercel(網站主機)、Polar(訂閱金流)、Anthropic(回饋摘要)、Google(登入驗證)。我們不出售、不出租、不與第三方分享你的個人資料作行銷用途。
方式:以自動化系統於上述用途範圍內處理。

4. 你的權利(個資法第 3 條)

你可以隨時:查詢或請求閱覽、請求複本、請求補充或更正、請求停止蒐集/處理/利用、請求刪除。

刪除帳號

App 內:設定(右上角齒輪)→ 刪除帳號。將永久刪除帳號與全部個人資料(課程進度、收藏、對戰紀錄、好友關係);錯誤與統計紀錄會解除與你的關聯,成為匿名資料。
來信:無法登入時,寄信到 kabulin1994@gmail.com,我們會在確認身分後 30 天內處理。
訂閱仍在扣款期間時,請先取消訂閱(個人頁 → 管理訂閱)再刪除,以免刪除後無法自行停止扣款。

5. 不提供個資的影響

不提供 email 仍可用訪客模式遊玩;但無法跨裝置同步、無法訂閱、帳號遺失時無法找回。

6. Cookie 與本機儲存

我們使用瀏覽器的本機儲存(localStorage)保存登入狀態、語言與偏好設定。沒有廣告追蹤器、沒有第三方分析腳本。

7. 政策變更

重大變更會在 App 內公告。本頁永遠是最新版本。

What we collect & why

Email, display name, avatar — from Google sign-in, to create your account and sync progress across devices.
Game progress (lessons, coins, collection, streaks, leaderboard scores) — to provide the service itself.
Subscription status — from Polar, our Merchant of Record. Card numbers never touch our systems.
Feedback you submit — may be summarized by AI (Anthropic API) for our reading.
Error reports (message, page, build, browser) — no identity fields included. Kept ~30 days.
Usage events (nine action types with timestamps, the first acquisition-source tag, and a random identifier stored in your browser — not a device fingerprint; clearing site data resets it) — retention and feature statistics only, no content. Kept ~400 days.

Voice chat is peer-to-peer (WebRTC): we do not record or store audio; IP addresses are exchanged to establish the connection, as WebRTC requires. Guest mode works without an email.

Where it lives

With our processors only: Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), Polar (billing), Anthropic (feedback summaries), Google (sign-in). We never sell or share your data for marketing. No ad trackers, no third-party analytics scripts; localStorage holds sign-in state and preferences.

Your rights & account deletion

You may access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your data at any time. Delete in-app via Settings (gear icon) → Delete account — this permanently removes your account and personal data, and anonymizes error/usage records. If you cannot sign in, email us and we will process the request within 30 days of identity confirmation. If a subscription is still billing, cancel it first (Profile → Manage subscription).

Material changes will be announced in the app; this page is always the current version.
